Envision hires more than 800 educators and professionals every summer to facilitate, teach, enable, and empower transformational experiences for our students. Our programs are as fulfilling for our staff as they are for our scholars, and many teachers come back to work for Envision year after year.
At Envision, you will get the unique opportunity to make an impact every day working with super engaged, high-achieving students. Our seasonal staff are responsible for bringing our curriculum and programs to life–helping our scholars realize their dreams and the power of their potential.
If you are seeking a summer job that is personally fulfilling, you will not be let down by your Envision experience. Our seasonal staff usually work for us for 3-6 weeks. They live on location and are provided with housing, meals, and a competitive salary. Our training sessions equip you with the skills and knowledge you’ll need to deliver an exceptional experience for our students.

Guilty or innocent? It could be up to you. NYLF Law & CSI is an extraordinary opportunity for aspirational students to explore their future as lawyers or crime scene investigators, learn how to analyze evidence on the scene of a crime, and present a case in a criminal trial.
Next generation innovators explore their passions while being exposed to the vast array of engineering professions. Students gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art technology and apply their engineering skills to construct sustainable solutions to some of the world's most pressing problems, all while staying on the campus of a top-ranked engineering school.
Future innovators, engineers, doctors, and developers, build a path to success and get real, hands-on STEM experience this summer. Envision Alumni deepen their exposure to STEM careers through real, hands-on experiences at NYLF Explore STEM Alumni. Students explore new career opportunities, gain increased confidence and leadership skills, and take the next step in their "Mission to Mars" by working toward "Colonizing the Red Planet."
No matter what your child decides to do when he/she grows up, STEM will play a BIG part in their future. Students at NYLF Pathways to STEM enjoy the unique opportunity to build a robot, train as a doctor, and investigate a crime while making new friends and building necessary 21st Century success skills.
This alumni-only program provides students with the opportunity to build upon their previous Envision experience, deepen their exposure to STEM skills and careers, develop and grow key cognitive abilities, and reconnect with friends.
Envision testing your legal skills along with fellow students who are interested in the law at Stanford University this summer. Our students get a chance to learn directly from Stanford Law School faculty, get a glimpse of life on a college campus, and take a case from evidence to a mock trial at San Francisco Superior Court.
GYLC represents a unique opportunity for aspirational students to practice diplomacy, gain insights from global influencers, and experience change where it happens–in Washington, DC and New York City–while forming lasting friendships with like-minded peers and future leaders from around the world.
Great leaders learn from history. At JrNYLC, students have the extraordinary opportunity to experience the power of democracy among the monuments, be inspired by exemplary stories of courage, collaborate to discover solutions to some of the issues they face today, and spend a night in a museum among new friends.
JrNYLC alumni will gather in Boston to take their leadership skills to the next level. Inspired by our founding fathers, students will practice the life-ready communication skills they will need to succeed while also exploring the many landmarks of early American History among old and new friends.
ISLP is an extraordinary short-term study abroad opportunity for college students to gain an international perspective on their future career among fellow globally-minded peers. Students choose their delegation from Medicine & Science, Nursing & Healthcare, Business & Entrepreneurship, Engineering & Technology, and International Relations & Diplomacy.
Turn a passion for gaming into a game plan for success. At the Game & Technology Academy, powered by George Mason University, students learn directly from some serious game gurus while creating the games they want to play, using the latest technology, among like-minded game loving peers.
High school students interested in exploring the possible careers available to them in the allied health fields will be inspired to find their future during this hands-on, dynamic program. Learn from and interact with The George Washington University School of Nursing’s and School of Medicine and Health Sciences’ distinguished faculty, as well as college students in those programs, while you participate in an interactive curriculum that covers nursing, first response, health and wellness, and more health care-related professions.
The Rice University Aerospace & Aviation Academy, Fueled by Envision, offers an unparalleled opportunity to learn from members of Rice’s distinguished faculty and enjoy exclusive access to industry professionals and facilities. Students also gain invaluable hands-on experience in both the aerospace and aviation fields and experience their future, all while staying on the campus of one of the finest academic institutions in the world.
The Rice University Urban Sustainability Academy, Powered by Envision, offers an unparalleled opportunity to learn from members of Rice’s distinguished faculty and enjoy exclusive access to environmental science professionals and facilities. Students also gain invaluable hands-on experience in both the sustainability and biodiversity fields and experience their future, all while staying on the campus of one of the finest academic institutions in the world.
The Presidential Inauguration Alumni Program is a non-partisan event that was specifically designed to provide Envision alumni with the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to witness history by joining people from all over the country and world in Washington, D.C. for the commencement of a new presidential term. Scholars will explore historic sites, enjoy nightly social events, hear from inspiring speakers, and witness history from the National Mall as the President of the United States takes the Oath of Office.
The Honors Performance Series at Carnegie Hall showcases talented young performers who have applied to join the Honors Junior Choir and Instrumental Ensembles. Several days of rehearsal under the direction of our renowned music conductors culminate in a once-in-a-lifetime performance on the Ronald O. Perelman Stage of Stern Auditorium at Carnegie Hall.
The Young Adult Honors Performance Series assembles talented college-aged and young adult performers to experience the thrill of working with master conductors and performing on two world-renowned stages. Selected musicians are invited to further their skills, network with other talented musicians, and work with distinguished professionals. Additional cultural, sightseeing, and professional development opportunities in New York City or Sydney, Australia, round out this transformative experience.
Oxbridge Academic Programs enable bright and enthusiastic high school students to connect with the subjects that fascinate them in new and exciting ways. During their four-, two-, or one-week program, they immerse themselves academically, experientially, and imaginatively in one to two topics of their choice (depending upon program length). Students also experience life at some of the world’s great universities and in some of the world’s richest cultural centers—providing them with newfound independence, lifelong friends, and broadened worldviews.

Real, meaningful change doesn’t happen on its own. At the National Young Scholars Program, aspirational elementary school students investigate their interests, find their voice, and learn how they can influence the future, all while making new friends.
