• What is the most memorable moment of your program experiences?

  The most memorable moment of my program experiences was seeing the difference it made in the people around me.

• How has the program encouraged you to take action in your school or community?

  The program has encouraged me to step up and help to lead others whether it is band, Boy Scouts, or just helping my classmates at school.

• How was attending the program different than learning in a traditional classroom?

  Attending the program really helped more than a traditional classroom in 3 ways: 1) It was in a room we have never been in before and it didn't look like a school, 2) The people in charge were Faculty Advisors, not teachers. You can talk to Faculty Advisors about some pretty interesting topics; and 3) You are learning about leadership skills in new and exciting ways, whether it is through history, or whether it is just by group interactions.

• What inspires you as a young leader?

  I am inspired by three words that change how I have interacted with people: help this person. When I meet someone new, I think that, and I also think that when I am with my friends, my teachers, my family, and even those I don’t get along with. I think how I can help that person and it changes how I think of them.

• Where do you hope to go to college and what is your ideal job?

  I hope to go to an Ivy League school, and if all else fails, I am going to go to Ohio State, and I am looking at being a computer systems analyst.

• How has your program experience impacted your life and your future?

  My program experience has impacted my life and my future by allowing me to open my horizons and really help others. That's part of being a leader, right?

• What would you tell other students who are interested in attending an Envision program?

  I would tell them this: Envision is a trustable company that offers some amazing programs for students. I would highly suggest going to any of their conferences. They are all worth it.
