• What is the most memorable moment of your program experience?

  The most memorable moment of my NYLF Pathways to STEM experience was that I had the privilege of dissecting a real cow's heart and programing a sphero.

• How has the program encouraged you to take action in your school or community?

  This program has opened my eyes to many different interesting things in life and to take pay more attention to science in my classroom. I now look at everything with a sense of reason and purpose.

• What inspires you as a young leader?

  Leadership links inspired me to be a young leader. It showed me that being a leader requires strong teamwork where everyone is valuable.

• How was attending the program different than learning in a traditional classroom?

  This program was hands-on, engaging and especially fun.

• How has your program experience impacted your life and your future?

  This program has exposed me to new friends and a network of differentiated learning. I now feel as though I can learn and have fun at the same time.

• What would you tell other students who are interested in attending an Envision program?

  I would recommend this program because it is absolutely enjoyable and it peaks your interests in things you did not know you can do.
